For astrological reasons, Tuesday was a day of hectic activity for Himesh Reshammiya. There were two mahurats to attend one after another. He barely finished recording the first song for Mudh Mudh Ke Na Dekh Mudh Mudh Mudh Ke at the Empire Studio in central Mumbai when he had to rush to the suburbs for the first day’s shooting of Kajraare.

The muhurat of Bhushan Kumar’s KAJRAARE was a very simple and homely affair at Film City, Goregaon. Veteran filmmaker Johny Bakshi sounded the clapper board while Mahesh Bhatt was there to boost the morale of daughter director Pooja Bhatt’s team, Creative director Divya Khosla Kumar started the camera while playback singer Tulsi Kumar and music director-hero Himesh Reshammiya were discussing the intricacies of the number she is rendering in KAJRAARE. Writer Shagufta Rafiq, Monalaizza and Ajay Kapoor, Director T-Series, made their presence felt.

After the success of his Aap Kaa Surroor-The Moviee, The Real Luv Story, Himesh Reshammiya has signed a three-film contract with T-Series.
Karzzzz is the first of these three, a remake directed by Satish Kaushik.
The second is Kajra Re. To be directed by Pooja Bhatt, this movie will be shot in Jordan and will be released early next year.

Himesh Reshammiya has a tough task ahead of him. The actor-composer has been asked to compose a fitting number for his next, Pooja Bhatt’s Kajraare.
The ‘Kajra re’ song from Bunty aur Babli was a such a big hit that Himesh is burning the midnight oil to ensure that he gets a composition better than the original. What’s more, Himesh has already composed close to 300 tunes to decide from.
Our source says, “The film, directed by Pooja Bhatt is titled Kajraare and is a musical. The title was perfect for the film set in Pakistan’s Heera Mandi.”

Not so long ago, Himesh had admitted on a TV show that he chose to wear a cap as he was losing hair.
It was nothing to do with superstition. The real reason why Himesh Reshammiya has never been seen without a cap is because he was balding. However, now Himesh will be seen without a cap in Pooja Bhatt’s next film (untitled).

Himesh Reshamiya is all set to enter the Bhatt Camp!
Pooja Bhatt will direct another one of his films. Sources say, “Mahesh Bhatt has written the script of the film. T-Series will produce the film which will be a musical extravaganza.
The budget of the film is a whopping Rs 30 crore. The film will go on the floors early next year. Needless to say, Himesh is very excited about the film.” This also means that the Bhatts and T-Series will work together after a long time.
Himesh starrers seem to have become a favourite launching pad for newcomers. Three of his forthcoming films will feature new actresses.
