The music released on the 25th April 2008 and had the prescence of Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini and Jackie Chan at its launch. The soundtrack has been released in both Hindi & Tamil. Jackie Chan arrived in Chennai to participate in the audio launch of the ‘Dasavadharam’ on Thursday. He was surrounded by media persons and fans at the airport.

Jackie will be taking part in the audio launch of ‘Dasavadharam’, which will be attended by Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, actors Amitabh Bachchan, Mammootty, Hemamalini, Asin among others.

A grand dais has been put up at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium for the mega event.

The stage is set for the audio launch of the film on a grand scale on April 25. Jackie Chan is coming for the event. “Amitabh Bachchan will also be here,” adds Kamal. “Chan is well known to the producer. So he decided to invite him. It will be a grand event,” he says with a smile.

I know all of us Reshammiyans are waiting to hear some new music from our rockstar right? Well now we can because Himeshji has composed the song ‘Tum Mile’ for the film “My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves”! He is the guest composer on the soundtrack along with Pritam!

For those of you who haven’t heard the song yet, let me tell you that it is a very beautiful romantic number sung by Sunidhi Chauhan & K.K. It has lots of guitar & the harmonica: the latter which Himeshji previously used in his filmi album ‘Kyon Ki’

Just a quick post to say that the music for the movie ‘Welcome’ is out now!! Our rockstar has composed 2 songs for the film:

*Insha Allah & (sung by Shaan)
*Kola Laka Varelli (sung by Himeshji)

It’s a must to hear both songs, but especially the 2nd song as it is sung by our rockstar - something that we have all been waiting for a long time

I am sure many of you have seen the new promos of Ram Gopal Varma’s film ‘Darling’ (*Fardeen Khan & Esha Deol) which are picturised on 1 duet song sung by Himeshji: ‘Tadap Tadap Ho Tum’!!

Seeing as Himeshji has only composed one song for the film (original & remix version rest of the songs are composed by Pritam) we want to know what you all think of the song!!! So please tell us your views here!!! I personally love the song!!! It sounds very different to Himeshji’s other compositions yet it still has his unique violin touches to it!!
