Modern day music phenomenon Himesh Reshammiya has more musical hits to his name than most singers nowadays.
But he has bigger plans, and doesn’t plan to look either which way in his relentless quest to be on top of the pile. It’s some coincidence, then, the title for his next film. In a breathless phone call from Johannesburg, Himesh reveals that it is called Mudh Mudh Ke Na Dekh Mudh Mudh Ke, after the old Bollywood film song of the same name.

Himesh Reshammiya makes another debutante’s day. The man will now be seen opposite model Niharika Singh in John Matthew Mathan’s next. After making his acting debut with Hansikaa in Aap Kaa Surroor, he signed on alongside Indra Kumar’s daughter Shweta Kumar for Satish Kaushik’s under-production Karzzz.
While Himesh plays a full-on tapori in A Love Iiiisshtory (Himesh insists on the three I’s and two S’s) Niharika will be cast as a high-society face. The romantic conflict arises when the tapori takes on the elitist gori. This will be Himesh’s third film with a newcomer.

The singer-turned actor who was reportedly signed by T-Series for a three-film deal, has now been signed by Studio 18 for their next untitled venture.

With remakes reigning as the order the day, Karzzzz is the latest to enter the bandwagon with an impressive star cast led by biggies of bollywood including mega singing star Himmesh Reshammiya and debutante Shweta Kumar under the baton of Satish Kaushik in Director’s seat.
Himmesh Reshammiya is playing the character reborn as a rock star. Shweta Kumar is the daughter of renowned director Inder Kumar.

Himesh Reshammiya and Shweta Kumar shot for a song for Satish Kaushik’s Karzzzz last week at one of South Africa’s exotic resort destinations, Emperor’s Palace, in Johannesburg.
Producer Bhushan Kumar of T-Series says, “We shot our version of Karz’s Dard-E-Dil (it’s called Tera Chehra Jab Se Dekha in Karzzzz). In the original, Rishi Kapoor sang the song to Tina Munim at a party.

Just recently John and Bips cancelled their trip to Kenya owing to the political unrest in the country, now close on the heels is another film, Karzzzz starring the well known nasal crooner Himesh Reshammiya. Apparently even he has had to shift locations.

As far as composer, singer and now successful actor Himesh Reshammiya is concerned, he has people on both sides of the fence, both amongst the audience as well as the critics. There are some who just cannot stand him but then there is a sizeable majority that swears by him and his work. Himesh has demonstrated his huge fan following, first through his concerts (both in India and abroad) and then by the record shattering start of his acting debut venture, AAP KA SURROOR.

After AAP KAA SURROOR - THE MOVIEE, Himesh Reshammiya has faced the camera once again for KARZZZZ.
Confirming the developments, a source associated with the crew of the film confirmed from Johannesburg, “Yes, we have kick started shooting for the film here at from Johannesburg. It is still early days but one can see how Himesh bhai is going about his job. He is far more composed and an enhanced confidence is pretty much apparent in his body language.”

Bhushan Kumar’s Karzzzz has been in the news right from the time it was announced. Just recently, there was a puja organized where the cast (Himesh Reshammiya, debutante Shweta Kumar, Urmila Matondkar, Danny, Gulshan Grover etc.) was announced to the media.
The film which is a remake of Subhash Ghai’s blockbuster hit, Karz, is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Most of the characters from the original version have been retained even in the new version. The latest actor to join the Karzzzz bandwagon is T.V. star Bakhtiyaar Irani who has been signed to play the role of Dr.Dayal, a role played by veteran actor Jalal Agha in the original version.
