Music Review: My name is….

Published by Jem under HR Music Reviews

Anthony Gonsalves features Himeshji as a guest composer!!! :o)

Tum Mile Jaane Dil Ko Mere Kya Hua….Jaane Mere Dil Ko Kya Hua….

music review

Hello Friends!

I know all of us Reshammiyans are waiting to hear some new music from our rockstar right? Well now we can because Himeshji has composed the song ‘Tum Mile’ for the film “My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves”! He is the guest composer on the soundtrack along with Pritam!

For those of you who haven’t heard the song yet, let me tell you that it is a very beautiful romantic number sung by Sunidhi Chauhan & K.K. It has lots of guitar & the harmonica: the latter which Himeshji previously used in his filmi album ‘Kyon Ki’

Once you have all heard the song, do post your thoughts about it here!

Let’s Rock!

Hello Friends!

Background on ‘Samjho Naa’

The third track from Himeshji’s debut album, ‘Samjho Naa’ struck a chord with all HR fans. The video for the song was based on 2 childhood friends, who love each other, but when they realise that they do, its too late… The little girl in the video also featured in Aap Kaa Surroor the movie

A soulful song with touching lyrics, ‘Samjho Naa’ is definitely considered to be one of Himeshji’s most romantic numbers ever! For those who have been lucky enough to see the rockstar perform live, will know that his live rendition of ‘Samjho Naa’ is truly amazing!

Published by Jem under HR News

Shahid Kapur and Kareena Kapoor may not be an item any longer but next Valentine’s Day (Feb 14) they’re Milenge Milenge.

Thanks to the surprising success of Jab We Met, the long-dormant Shahid-Kareena starrer is being brought alive even as rumours surface that the lead pair is not interested in dubbing for the film.

Boney has even got the film passed by the censor board. “We’ve got the scratch-print censored. And all we need now is for Shahid and Kareena to dub.”

Satish was planning to release his film Tere Sang on Valentine’s Day. “But now that Milenge Milenge is being planned for the same date I’ll obviously hold back Tere Sang,.”

Karzzzz: Casting news!

Published by Jem under Karzzzz

Himesh Reshammiya’s musical reincarnation thriller Karzzzz directed by Satish Kaushik and produced by music baron Bhushan Kumar is getting bigger with each day.

After roping in Urmila Matondkar to play the mysterious and elegant Simi Garewal’s role, they have roped in another big star. And after much deliberation and anticipation, the role played by veteran actor Premnath in the original film finally went to Gulshan Grover.

The role was in the centre of much speculation for months on end with Feroz Khan’s name thrown in, but finally it was Badman ‘GG’ who clinched the role.

Gulshan who is shooting in London confirms the news. “I’m not aware of other actors who were initially offered the role, but I’m playing the role of the speech impaired Sir Juda in the Karzzzz remake, the same role initially played by Premnath.
