Nanhe Jaisalmer promos now on air :)

Hello Friends,

The promos for Nanhe Jaisalmer (*Bobby Deol) are finally on air now as the music has been released :D I believe due to production issues the film’s release date had been pushed back which is why it’s music is finally out now :D

    i love kesariya , specially the tune which HR used before in his song “My Love For You” from Rocky
    the title track , kesariya & lamha lamha are the best
    rocking album =D

    The following songs aren’t ranked in any order:

    1. Nanhe yaar - good old typical indian HR is back, i have always loved him for such songs.One of my favorite instruments is used in the song (not the underlying beats). The end of each stanza are faintly on the pattern on yeh dil to mila hai (dil ne jise aapna kaha) and maine chun liya (dil mange more).

    2. Ulfat - strange,unconventional,experimental “one step ahead of sufi song to the core”.it grows on repeat hearing.It belongs to hardcore pakistani rock genre.Same old sufi patented style with a new fresh tune…ufff…ummm…wooow….both original and remix rock.

    3. Kesariya - more of folk and classical based song. it is influnenced by just walk into my life (main aisa hi hoon).The starting instrument tune is same as tune in middle of second stanza of love you miss you (rocky).

    4. Ranjhana - some touches of ya ali (AKS).

    5. Lamha lamha - some touches of rang daalo (banaras) and aane do (kuch meetha ho jaye).

    The album has unique mixture of classical/folk and sufi songs. It comes in the middle HR league.

    Just a wierd thought came to my mind,what if in the word “nanhe” there was “g” instead of “h”, then the song would go like “ae mere nange yaar”….now i appreciate that is very foolish but hilarious..and it just came to my mide….and if it made you smile/laugh then its worth it…else my apologies :D

    assalamalikum,
    the promos are great. the film has an excellent different story, and himesh bhai being the music director adds lot more glamour to it. the film gives me a hope of meeting you one day. i liked the song ranjhana, especially the first few verses of it, its lyrics r nice. it is said about lays that no one can eat just ones, and this is what i say about this song, ” no one can listen just ones” . vineet sang kesariya very well. ulfat and lamha lamha were also good and and last but not the least, nanhe yaar is great. die hard HR fanatic, what u said made me laugh and surely u r among his greatest fans like jem & sunny
    i am desperately waiting 4 the awards, though i know that they won’t be until next year. i am 100% sure that this years best singer and music director award will go to himesh bhai (inshallah). he has given some excellent tracks this year. also AKS has potential to be the best film of year 2007. there will never be any singer like himesh bhai, junior himesh might be an exceptional case :). he is the best of his kind. keep doing great work. i appreciate ur work a lot, how u manage composing, singing, music directing, world tours and now acting as well along with other commitments. you r great. =D

    hey guys, did u see the pics in the gallery section?
    no need to say all pics of hr is attractive, but the one where HR wears the white cap and balch n white attire and he is staring at something (sa re ga ma pa picture is on 19 aug) is very very attractive, beautiful and sexxxxxxxxxy. what a look !!! check his expression and his eyes tells lots. i love him.

    hello friends,
    today morning at gym, a very interesting thing happened which i would like to share with you all.
    the cd which i play at gym consists most of hr’s songs, tera mera milna is one of them. when this song started, after a while there was an arab woman who asked me who the singer was, and i told her that he’s himesh reshammiya - indian’s top most singer. then what she told me i don’t remember exactly but she meant to say that the voice is very pleasing and only if she could understand the language it would have been nice. she really liked the song ‘ tera mera milna’ and the next song in the list was ‘tere bin’ and i told her that this song also belongs to the same singer, she was very touched by the songs. then i told her little about hr’s biography and after i told her that being a hindu hr visited a muslim place, she looked very happy. then i told her about AKS and she told that she will watch the film. the instructor there is from philipines and has been married to an indian guy. she told me that she watches tamil movies and asks her husband to explain her the scenes. at that time i had the film with me so i gave it to her. she does have indian music channels so i told her to look for the man with cap, and he will be himesh reshammiya.
    isn’t it great, people like him even though they don’t understand his songs. it’s all because he has a divine voice. i was very happy to hear such good words regarding hr from an arab woman. now what critics say does not matter, he has such a wide range of fans. may allah bless him.

    nanhe jaisalmer’s music is really gr8, fantastic, awesome, mindlowing!!!! himeshji’s doing a really good job in all z films like darling, fear n nanhe jaisalmer :x always keep rocking like this himeshji B-)
