    I just listened to these songs yesturday and they r wonderful!!! To tell u the truth i didn’t even know the music was by HIMESHJI until I listened to the songs. My fav would have to be “Dekhoon Tujhe Pyar Aaye” this song really gets to me, very time i listen to it, it’s a new feeeling!!!

    nice album !
    i loved sonu nigam & jayesh on the title track !
    also i loved the team of himeshji , shaan & kunal on the song “Ankh Vich”
    good song !
    but my fv track is “Mehfooz”

    My pesonal favourite is Mehfooz & the title track. Totally awesome! Dekhoon tujhe is also good..on the whole a very simple album from HR! That too after a long while…nice to see dat!

    he hs gvn different variety of songs dis year…

    1. Mehfooz – yet another similarly sounding but hit material song rendered in typical HR style.
    2. Dekhon tumhe to – a rather strange, unconventional but effective song again rendered in typical HR style, it gets foot-tapping and rhythmic (especially the verses/stanzas) on repeat hears. It has the beats of tu yaad na aaye (aap ka suroor) and when the first sound of instruments are heard before the beat in the beginning, similar also to the start of nachle its folkish (aap ka suroor)
    3. Apne – welcome home again Sonu, you were being missed, atleast by this fan. A typical Indian HR-song (that’s why I loved and looked forward to it even more, it has a faint resemblance to just walk into my life (main aisa hi hoon)…i.e. the lines ‘tenu dil vich rakh lu jaaneman’ and ‘apne toh apne hote hai’ resemble.
    4. Bulls eye – shows his versatility.
    5. Ankh vich chehra – not my kind of cup of HR-tea, although the remix it an out-an-out club trax that I would like to dance to.

    Unlike before, all songs are not remixed which is a good thing. The songs are potential chartbusters, but more so can be called ‘decent hears’.

    I urge HR to change and shift back his style from sufi-fuzion to typical Indian melodies, from which he began his career upto pre ashiq banaya aapne era. Agreed, offlate HR has been giving Indian flavoured songs but not as his consistent style. i.e. his main style still revolving around sufi-fuzion (in terms of instruments, vocal style, lyrics/wording and the whole treatment of the song) barring a few exceptions (albums/songs).

    jem? i wanted to ask u something… Himeshji is the music director of FOOL N FINAL right?

    bcoz in some music programs, they don’t put Himesh Reshammya’s name as the music director…

    @swatee: Yep I can say 101% that it is Himeshji who composed the music of Fool & Final!!! After all, who else can compose such awesome music ;) Just listen to the tracks ‘Ek Kalsa’ & ‘Sigdi’ - both are sung by Himeshji!!

    Well, asking about my faves???They are mehfooz and dekhoon tujhe to pyaar aaye!N yeah, i didnt say that i dn’t like the other ones!Bt i like these two songs really……….. too much!Himeshji you did a really brilliant job in Apne and bhaiya, you keep rocking just like that!!

    this album is great !
    i dont have fv but i love all the tracks !
    mehfooz is rocking , all his fans will love this song becuase it has his style on it !
    Dekhoon Tujhe is fantastic , his romantic songs is great
    the title track is awesome
    it shows why himeshji is a musical genius
    he can compose any style of songs !
    and this style is his classic style , he is a legend !
    Ankh Vich is superb , i love the music and the tune of it
    bulls eye , i think this song will be loveble by the club songs fans
    tere sang end’s the album perfectly !
    soo the album is another hit by himeshji this year

    this people who doesn’t like himeshji critics him even if he does a great job , they r not appreciate his hard work !!!!!
